You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item.

ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT)

To ensure the quality of our products, returns are subject to strict rules. Any product not respecting these conditions will be refused.

  • Fitting

    Shoes must be tried on a clean surface (carpet) so as not to mark the soles. A scratched, soiled, or damaged sole will result in the refusal of the return.

  • New Condition

    The product must be intact, unworn, and clean.

  • Original Packaging

    Shoes must be returned in their original box with all tags attached.

  • Package Protection

    The shoe box must not be used as the shipping carton. Place it inside a transport box. **If the brand box is taped or damaged, the return will be refused.**

RETURN PROCEDURE

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Step 1: Send a photo

Before returning, please send an email to containing:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the shoes (and soles) to validate their condition.

We will validate your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

Step 2: Prepare the package

Once validated, place the items in their original box, then in a secure shipping carton. Insert the delivery slip.

Step 3: Ship

Send your package with a **tracking number** to the following address:

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected in our workshop:

  • The refund processing time is approximately 14 days after receipt.
  • For standard payments (Credit Card), the refund is issued to the payment method used.

⚠️ Installment Payments

For orders paid in installments, the refund will ONLY be issued as STORE CREDIT valid on our site.
