Welcome to the Semerdjian help center. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

🛒 ORDERS & PAYMENT

Simply add your favorite models to the cart, then validate your order via our secure payment page. You can order by creating an account (to track your purchases easily) or as a guest.

Our orders are processed automatically to ensure fast shipping. If you wish to change a size or cancel, contact us immediately at contact@semerdjianchaussures.fr. Note: If the order has already been handled by the warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify it.

All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments. We accept:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex…)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna (Pay in installments): See conditions

🚚 DELIVERY

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Europe (Euro Zone): 5 to 8 business days.

Our shipments are mainly handled by GLS or equivalent carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost) depending on the destination and weight of the package.

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking link.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Policy on multiple orders (Bracketing): We understand that choosing the right size online can be difficult. However, to encourage responsible consumption, Semerdjian reserves the right to limit or cancel orders deemed "abusive" (e.g., ordering the same model in 3 different sizes with the intention of returning 2 pairs). Sizing advice is indicated on each product sheet.

Important: Shoes must have been tried on a clean surface (carpet) so as not to mark the soles. A scratched, soiled, or damaged sole will result in the refusal of the return.

The refund will be validated only if:

  • The shoes are new and have not been worn outdoors.
  • The original box is intact.
  • The soles show no marks.

👟 SIZES & PRODUCTS

Fits may vary depending on the model (High-top sneakers, running...). A precise recommendation (Take your usual size or advice on half-sizes) is indicated directly on each product page.

Absolutely. Semerdjian is a registered trademark. All models sold on this site are 100% original and come directly from our manufacturing workshops in Europe.

  • Leather: Damp cloth and nourishing cream.
  • Suede/Velvet: Suede brush.

⛔ Forbidden: Machine washing is strictly prohibited.
